FOIA Request to Tennessee State Board of Education Regarding Instructional Mandates for State K-12 Schools on December 10, 2024. The request was made by Nashville Standard, a media organization dedicated to providing comprehensive and accurate news coverage on local governmental affairs.

The request specifically asked for a list of all instructional mandates for state K-12 schools, including all required courses and general instruction. This information is being sought under the Tennessee Open Records Act, §10-7-503 et seq., with a preference for electronic format delivery.
