Later that day, Fritts commented on government overreach and individual rights. In his post from May 19, 2026, he wrote: “Are you frustrated with the government dictating your freedoms?

We are endowed by our creator with certain unalienable rights, including life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

Our rights are given to us by God, and it seems the government is not paying attention. Let’s”

On the same day, Fritts also shared updates from his campaign activities with a brief message: “Door knocking in Elizabethton.”

Tennessee has seen recent debates regarding both immigration policy and technological infrastructure investments. State lawmakers have raised questions about local control over large-scale data centers amid concerns about land use and environmental impact.
