I’m thrilled to learn @ENERGY chose Tennessee for new large-scale data centers, and I look forward to seeing all the advancements made in the Volunteer State.” The Oak Ridge Reservation has historically played a significant role in scientific research and development projects led by the Department of Energy.
In a subsequent post on July 24, Blackburn addressed delays affecting presidential nominations: “More than 100 of President Trump’s nominees are still awaiting confirmation. There is zero reason we should have this backlog, and Democrats need to stop obstructing the voting process to spite @realDonaldTrump.” The senator criticized what she described as partisan obstruction within the Senate confirmation process for executive branch appointments.
