Gage and Molly are now amazing young adults because of your dedication to raising them. I know Middle Tennessee will fall in love with you just like West Tennessee has while I’ve represented our community in the state Senate.”
Later on May 10, Taylor referenced comments from Congressman Tim Burchett regarding crime reduction efforts in Memphis. His tweet quoted Burchett as saying: “Congressman @timburchett: ‘Memphis was a war zone . . . After Brent Taylor and Senator Marsha Blackburn asked the President to bring the National Guard in, you can now walk downtown.’ I raised 10 kinds of hell to bring attention to Memphis’ crime challenge and take on the”.
