Senator Brent Taylor, a Republican representing Tennessee, announced several campaign developments for the TN-09 congressional race through his Twitter account on May 10 and 11, 2026.

On May 10, Taylor shared news of an endorsement from a fellow state legislator. He wrote, “ENDORSEMENT ALERT @RepPatMarsh joins Team Taylor for TN-09! There’s no question about it: My friend Pat Marsh is an important conservative voice for the people of Bedford, Moore, and Lincoln Counties in the State House. I’m grateful for his support and trust in our campaign” (posted May 10, 2026).

Later that evening, Taylor acknowledged another supporter via social media. In a tweet posted at 22:41 UTC on May 10, he stated, “Thank you, @toddstarnes! We’ve worked together to fight Soros-backed DAs, woke local governments attempting to tie the hands of law enforcement, and soft-on-crime judges. Now we will Take Tennessee to the Top under @realDonaldTrump’s America First Agenda!”

On May 11, Taylor indicated that his campaign was gaining momentum with additional endorsements expected soon. He tweeted at 00:49 UTC: “TN-09’s Team Taylor is growing with more endorsements on the way! But this is the preferred headshot, @TheCalvinCooli1.”

Senator Brent Taylor has represented Tennessee in the state legislature and is now campaigning for Tennessee’s Ninth Congressional District seat. His recent tweets highlight support from other Republican officials as well as conservative media figures while aligning himself with former President Donald Trump’s “America First” agenda.
