The campaign committee of Republican Party candidate Mark Green, Mark Green for Congress, refunded $600 to Stephen Troy on July 13, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution to political committees (other than Super PACs and Hybrid PACs) from an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Mark Green for Congress has refunded $88,950 total since Feb. 1.
