The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate James H.S. Cooper, Cooper for Congress Committee, refunded $100 to Lillie Ann Sells on July 6, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Cooper for Congress Committee has refunded $11,700 total since Feb. 1.
