Representative Green expressed his enthusiasm for the event, stating, "It’s an honor to recognize the special talents and creative abilities of Tennessee’s students. I’m looking forward to seeing what amazing pieces are submitted to my office this year. Good luck to all our students!"

The Congressional Art Competition is a national event held annually in spring and sponsored by Members of the U.S. House of Representatives. Established in 1982, it aims to highlight and celebrate the artistic talents of high school students across the United States. Since its inception, more than 650,000 students have participated nationwide.

Students interested in participating can find submission details and requirements through Representative Green's office.
