Two men have been arrested by Central Precinct officers after they were seen by security personnel Wednesday night at a Division Street apartment complex parking garage allegedly breaking into cars.

Security officers observed multiple cars with smashed windows. They located Elijah Foster, 18, of Nashville, in the back of a Cadillac SUV with a busted rear passenger window and detained him until officers arrived.

A window puncture tool was located in his back pocket at the time of his arrest by Central Precinct officers.

Foster was charged with vehicle burglary and possession of burglary tools.

Dominique Miller, 20, of Clarksville, was located underneath a vehicle hiding from officers. He was arrested and charged with criminal trespassing.

Additional charges for both suspects are anticipated by Vehicle Crimes detectives.
