The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate James H.S. Cooper, Cooper for Congress Committee, refunded $5,800 to Herbert Fritch on May 15, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution to political committees (other than Super PACs and Hybrid PACs) from an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Cooper for Congress Committee has refunded $11,600 total since Dec. 1, 2020.
