Parking Information
Due to the NHL Awards Show and Draft, Register of Deeds Karen Johnson provides complimentary parking temporarily during office hours (8 a.m.-4:30 p.m.). Register of Deeds customers can park in the 5th and Broadway complex’s parking garage, 598B Broadway, next to Eddie V’s. The entrance to the garage is directly across the street from the entrance to the Register of Deeds Office in the Bridgestone Arena. See photo.
Parking Validations Instructions
On Monday, customers can enter the 5th and Broadway parking garage at 6th and Broadway (across the street from the Register of Deeds Office), take a ticket, and once inside the garage, park on the right-hand side and take the blue elevator up to street level, which is closest to the Register of Deeds Office. Validations to cover the parking fee will be available in the Register of Deeds Office. To exit the parking garage, scan the ticket, then the validation (must be in that order).
Tuesday-Thursday – Reserved complimentary parking will continue to be provided in the 5th and Broadway parking garage. We will be sure to share any additional details.
