Cost of college went up for all students at the Mind Body Institute

Tuition and fees rose 2.2 percent for 2018-19 at the Mind Body Institute, according to recent data from the U.S. Department of Education.

Tennessee students paid $9,475 to attend the private for-profit school this year – $200 more than the $9,275 charged for 2017-18.

Data shows 75 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 11 students received grants or scholarships totaling $45,337 and 13 students took out student loans totaling more than $88,002.

Including all undergraduates (48), 16 students used grants or scholarships totaling $68,109, and 27 students took out $183,500 in federal student loans.
