Lipscomb Women's Basketball's Jalyn Holcomb was named ASUN Player of the Week the league announced Monday.
The award marks the second of Holcomb's career with the first coming in her sophomore campaign in Jan. 2021.
Holcomb has averaged a team-high 23-points per contest through three games to open the season, which also puts her atop the conference. The senior from Murfreesboro, Tenn., has been a force from beyond the arc, connecting on eight triples at a 47.1 percent clip. Holcomb has also shot an efficient 60 percent from the floor while average 4.3 rebounds per contest.
In their second outing of the season, Holcomb tied her career high with 28 points in a triple overtime thriller against Northern Kentucky.
