Tennessee students paid $34,310 to attend the four-year private not-for-profit institution this year – $1,490 more than the $32,820 charged for 2017-18.
Data shows 92 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 1,345 students received grants or scholarships totaling $18.9 million and 572 students took out student loans totaling more than $4.4 million.
Including all undergraduates (8,260), 4,751 students used grants or scholarships totaling $65 million, and 3,770 students took out $25 million in federal student loans.
