Specialized Investigations detectives are working to identify the gunman who shot a man May 10 inside an Antioch car wash, 2737 Murfreesboro Pike, leaving him in critical condition. The suspect, who is believed to be homeless and stays in the area, entered the car wash at 10:40 p.m. and shot the victim multiple times.
The shooting appears to be targeted, but the motive remains unknown.
The victim was transported to Vanderbilt University Medical Center, but has since been discharged.Anyone with information on the suspect involved is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 615-742-7463.
